Doug Reese

Doug Reese has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Doug began their career at Thorn Americas in 1987, where they held various positions such as Project Manager, Systems Development Manager, and Director of Support Center Development. During their time at Thorn Americas, they were responsible for developing an Enterprise Data Warehouse Strategy and overseeing the implementation of a new point of sale application for RAC's stores.

In 1998, Doug joined Koch Industries as the Oracle Applications Development Leader, where they managed a team of developers and database administrators. Doug was responsible for implementing extensions to Oracle Financials and managing company-managed Oracle databases until 2000.

Since 2000, Doug has been with EZCORP, starting as the Director of Application Development for Pawn and later advancing to the role of Senior Director and then Vice President of Application Development. Their tenure at EZCORP is ongoing as of November 2021.

Doug Reese received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University, where they studied Business Administration and Computer Science from 1986 to 1991. Prior to their university education, they attended Wynnewood High School. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft in 2022, and various courses from LinkedIn, such as "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" in 2021.
