Douglas Fillmore

Douglas Fillmore has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Douglas most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at EZARC, starting in January 2024. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company from May 2023 to December 2023.

Before joining EZARC, Fillmore worked at MOXTEK, Inc. for over 14 years, starting in December 2008 as the VP of Human Resources and Administration. Douglas Fillmore, SPHR & SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Conflict Management from the University of Utah, which they obtained from 1986 to 1989. Douglas also holds an Associates degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University - Idaho, completed from 1981 to 1984. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as SHRM-SCP from SHRM in February 2015 and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in March 2011. Douglas also holds MBTI Step I and Step II Certification from CPP, Inc.
