Douglas also holds an Associates degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University - Idaho, completed from 1981 to 1984. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as SHRM-SCP from SHRM in February 2015 and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in March 2011.
