Char Malapitan

Char Malapitan is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in account management and service experience. Currently serving as a Partner Success Account Specialist at ezCater since October 2022, Char successfully handles over 50 inbound calls daily, providing product information and resolving customer issues, while achieving a Quality Assurance score of 99.1%. Prior to ezCater, Char held various positions at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack from April 2012 to July 2022, gaining expertise in service experience management. Char holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, complemented by an earlier education at Kapi‘olani Community College.
