Giliah Librach

Giliah Librach has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2017 to present, they have been working at ezCater, starting as a Supervisor in Menu Operations before being promoted to Manager and then Senior Manager of Menu Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for optimizing and scaling processes, creating and curating menu content, and working with restaurant partners. Prior to ezCater, they worked at CeliAct as a Customer Relations and Social Media Manager from 2010 to 2017. In 2015, they founded The Riot Grrrl Project, where they built an online community and managed social media content. In 2011, they worked as a Customer Relations Specialist at Gluten-Free Saver, and from 2008 to 2011, they were an Inventory Manager at Topshop Israel.

Giliah Librach earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Indiana University Bloomington in 2007. Later, in 2014, they completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
