Wael El Telbany

Wael El Telbany brings extensive experience in hospitality management, currently serving as the Hotels Group General Manager at Ezdan Holding Group since April 2018. Prior to this role, Wael held various positions at Ezdan Hotels West Bay from June 2013 to April 2018, including General Manager and Director of Rooms. Wael's earlier career includes significant roles at Katara Hospitality, where responsibilities included Rooms Division Manager and Front Office Manager from January 2005 to May 2013, and at Safir Hotels & Resorts, overseeing the Front Office operations from September 1996 to December 2004. Commencing the career at Golden Tulip Hotels in roles such as Assistant Front Office Manager and Night Manager at Starwood Hotels, Wael has cultivated a comprehensive background in front office management and hotel operations. Wael possesses a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Cairo University and a diploma in Tourism from The American University in Cairo.
