Matija Cupac

Matija Cupac is a Software Support Manager at EZDERM since April 2018, where responsibilities include creating and managing a Technical Support team for over 350 clients, evaluating agent effectiveness, and conducting performance reviews. Matija has also held the roles of Project Manager, overseeing projects related to government-regulated system requirements, and Software Training & Implementation Specialist, successfully leading the implementation and training for 30 dermatology practices. Previous experience includes directing operations at Ukusi Balkana, serving as a User Experience Analyst at Epic, interning in the Energy and Commodities Division at Tullett Prebon, and assisting in sales and marketing at Alpha Publishing & Printing Inc. Matija holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from The City College of New York, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
