Olaotan Smith MBA has worked in various roles since 2014. Olaotan began their career at Jumia Nigeria as a Sales Associate, then moved up to become a Customer Service Representative, Sales Consulting Manager, and Team Lead Key Account Manager (JForce). In this role, they managed relationships with customers, proposed and implemented sales plans and strategies, and managed and motivated team members. In 2021, they joined Eze as a Sales and Sourcing Executive.

Olaotan Smith MBA completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Maiduguri in 2012. Olaotan then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Ajayi Crowther University, which they completed in 2021.
