Er. Bhavesh Ramchandani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Beginning in 2012, they worked as a Backend Executive at SoftAge Information Technology Limited, focusing on documentation and activation of Vodafone SIM cards. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Tech-Support professional at Avinashi Ventures Pvt. Ltd. In 2017, they joined eZee Technosys Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Onboarding & Support Executive, guiding clients through the onboarding process and resolving inquiries. Er. Bhavesh later became a Senior Customer Onboarding & Support Specialist in the Maldives, utilizing their cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills to optimize support operations. Bhavesh then transitioned to the role of a Key Account Manager, specializing in supporting key hotels and chains, building and maintaining strategic relationships to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Currently, Bhavesh holds the position of Head of Cloud Deployment (Customer Onboarding & Support) at eZee Technosys Pvt. Ltd., where they are responsible for the overall strategy, leadership, and execution of customer onboarding and support operations.
