Doug Moffitt

Doug Moffitt has worked in the Human Resources field for over two decades. Doug'scareer began in 1999 as a Senior Technical Contract Recruiter at Compaq Computer Corp. In 2000, they moved to Intel Corporation in the same role. Two years later, they transitioned to NCS Pearson/TSA as a Senior Contract Recruiter. In 2003, they became a Contract Benefits Specialist at Fidelity Investments. In 2005, they were a Technical Contract Recruiter at Alphatech. Doug then moved to Broadcom Corporation in 2006 as a Senior Technical Contract Recruiter. That same year, they also worked as a Senior Technical Contract Recruiter at Ciena Corporation. In 2007, they returned to Ezenia, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter & Human Resources Generalist. Doug was promoted to Director, Human Resources at Ezenia, Inc. in 2008.

Doug Moffitt holds a BA in Education & Business Administration from New England College and a MA in Business Administration from Rivier University.
