Shwait Agarwal has extensive work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Shwait started their career in 2006 at Infosys, where they worked as a Technology Analyst until 2010. Shwait then joined Headstrong in 2010 as a Consultant and later became a Lead Consultant from July 2011 to February 2012.
In 2012, Agarwal joined Wells Fargo as a Calypso Consultant until April 2013. Shwait then returned to Headstrong in April 2013 and worked as a Lead Consultant until March 2015.
Lastly, Agarwal joined EZOPS Inc in April 2015 and held the position of Practice Lead - Trading and Risk Platforms until May 2020. Shwait then transitioned to the role of Associate Director- Product Engineering, which they currently hold.
Shwait Agarwal completed their Engineer's Degree from JIIT Noida, from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in December 2020.
