Alyssa Conway

Alyssa Conway is a professional with extensive experience in coaching and education. Currently serving as the Coach Operations Enablement Manager and Coach Learning Experience Designer at EZRA Coaching since November 2022, Alyssa also holds positions as a Sessional Professor at George Brown College and a Sessional EAP Professor at Seneca College, both since 2017 and 2009, respectively. Additionally, Alyssa has provided intercultural training programs as a Freelance Intercultural Trainer from May 2011 to July 2024 and worked as a Corporate Trainer for English at FIA Japan from 2003 to March 2008. Alyssa's educational background includes a Master of Education in Adult Education and Community Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from York University, complemented by a Certificate in Instructional Design from George Brown College.
