Annie Rutledge

Annie Rutledge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and coaching programs, currently serving as Team Lead for Global Mid-Market at EZRA Coaching since January 2022. In this role, Annie manages relationships for over 35 midmarket clients, driving client satisfaction and account retention while presenting training sessions that have significantly improved participant experience ratings. Prior to this, Annie worked as a Customer Success Manager at EZRA Coaching, where project management for over 25 clients resulted in high engagement and satisfaction. Annie's background also includes teaching English in Japan through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program, where cultural exchange and curriculum development were central to the role. Additionally, Annie has held various educational and operational roles focused on global education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
