Aradhana Srivastava

Aradhana Srivastava has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Aradhana is currently the Head of Asia Sales at Ezra Coaching, where they are responsible for building and leading teams across Asia and Southeast Asia markets. Prior to that, they worked at LHH as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales, managing relationships with strategic global clients and closing multi-million dollar deals. Aradhana also served as the Director of Talent Solutions, where they successfully managed multi-industry accounts and won contracts with local big organizations. Before joining LHH, Aradhana worked at DDI | Development Dimensions International as a Senior Relationship Lead, providing innovative solutions for leadership selection and development. Aradhana also worked at ODE Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where they managed L&D projects for various organizations and successfully closed regional projects in leadership. Aradhana's experience also includes working as a Senior Coach and Trainer in the Learning and Development field, as the National Business Head for Yahoo! at Publicis Groupe, and as an Assistant Professor of social-psychology at Banasthali Vidyapith. Throughout their career, Aradhana has demonstrated expertise in sales, leadership, talent development, and diversity and inclusion.

Aradhana Srivastava's education history starts with their enrollment at Delhi University from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Sociology. Following this, they attended SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in 2006, earning a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. In 2010, they pursued an MBA in Marketing at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, completing it in 2012.

Aradhana then obtained a Business Mandarin Foundation certificate from the Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business in 2015. The same year, they also pursued an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment with a focus on Workforce Development and Training at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).

Aradhana Srivastava acquired additional certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they obtained the UGC-NET certification in Sociology from UGC. In 2003, they attained a certification in French language from Banasthali Vidyapith. In 2002, they also completed a Certificate in Web Centric Curriculum from NIIT Limited. Finally, in 2014, they became a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner through The European Community of NLP. In 2018, they obtained the certification of Certified Facilitator for DDI leadership programs from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
