Tanisha Tulloch has over 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, leadership, and talent management. Tanisha is currently the Chief People Officer at EZRA Coaching, where they oversee all aspects of the organization's people function. Prior to that, they served as the Global People Director at EZRA Coaching and the Director of People at Swift Medical. Tanisha has also held leadership positions at Festo, Acelity, and vpi inc, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition, policy development, staff and management training, and compliance. Tanisha began their career as a Human Resources Manager at The Butler Did It, where they excelled in recruitment, benefits, training, and performance management. Tanisha has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.

Tanisha Tulloch earned their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from Ryerson University, which they completed between 2004 and 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These include the Accredited Executive Compensation Certification from Global Governance Advisors in March 2020, the Personal Profile Analyst (PPA) certification from Thomas International in May 2012, and the Certified Human Resources Leader certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. Furthermore, Tanisha has completed coursework in Situational Leadership from Situational Leadership Consultants.
