Bea Buan

Bea Buan currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at EZRA Coaching since May 2024. Prior to this role, Bea held the position of Customer Success Manager UKI at CoachHub, a leading global talent development platform, from April 2022 to April 2024. Bea has extensive experience in customer success, having worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Strengthscope® and as a Customer Success Manager at RAMP. Additionally, Bea started a career in customer support at babylon health and gained early retail experience as a Visual Merchandiser at TOPSHOP TOPMAN. Bea holds a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy and English from the University of Dundee, completed in 2012.
