Chris Adam

Chris Adam has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Starting in 2006, Chris worked as an Administrator at HM Revenue & Customs, where they maintained individual case files and benefit records, as well as assisted benefits officers with client cases.

In 2007, Chris briefly worked as an Administrator at Pharmalink Consulting.

From 2009 to 2016, Chris held multiple roles at Penna, including Contact Team Representative, Contact Team Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager. In these positions, Chris was responsible for client outreach, managing client contact teams, organizing and coordinating projects, and driving business performance.

From 2016 to 2020, Chris worked at Lee Hecht Harrison, first as a Client Operations Manager, supporting corporate clients with redundancy, redeployment, and career development. Later, they held the position of London Operations Manager, leading a team of project managers and driving business KPIs and best practices.

Currently, since 2020, Chris is employed at Ezra Coaching. They started as a Trial & Implementation Manager and subsequently held the position of Trial & Implementation Lead. Currently, they serve as the Director of Global Trials, responsible for building a world-class trial function and meeting the needs of customers and prospects while ensuring Ezra stands out from competitors.

Chris Adam attended Burnham Grammar School from 1999 to 2006, where they completed their A-Levels. Chris obtained additional certification in Introduction to Management from the Chartered Management Institute in February 2012.
