Additionally, since August 2008, Elizabeth has been an Executive Consultant and ICEO Advisor with Lee Hecht Harrison, specializing in career transitions and leadership development. As Director at Elizabeth Fish Consulting and Strategic Directions Australasia since 2016, Elizabeth focuses on fostering professional growth and transformational change. Elizabeth's previous roles include significant leadership positions at Ernst & Young, where management of Human Resources Consulting teams and impactful projects for prominent organizations occurred. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Behavioural Sciences from the University of Sydney.
