Jim Reid

Jim Reid currently serves as a Board Advisor at EZRA Coaching and is an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council, where insights on leadership development and executive coaching are shared. Previously, Jim held the role of Chief HR Officer at Rogers Communications for nearly eleven years and served as VP of HR/OD at Husky IMS Inc. Additionally, Jim was the Executive Vice President of Global HR/OD at MDS, Inc. Educated at prestigious institutions, Jim completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and an Executive Program in Organizational Change at Stanford University, alongside holding an MBA from McMaster University and a BSc Honours from Royal Roads University.
