Rachel Joyce

Rachel Joyce is an accomplished professional with significant experience in leadership roles across coaching and client management sectors. Currently serving as RVP & Global Enterprise Account Director at Ezra Coaching since May 2021, Rachel is integral to the EMEA Leadership Team, focusing on the growth of strategic partners. Prior to this, Rachel held positions at Lee Hecht Harrison, including Client Director and Senior Client Partner for Enterprise, where efforts focused on helping organizations navigate industry disruptions. Rachel's career also includes a tenure at Mind Gym, leading client relationships in the Retail, Hospitality, Travel, and Leisure sectors across EMEA. Early experience includes roles in business development and customer relations, as well as serving as an English Language Assistant for the British Council in collaboration with the Spanish Ministry of Education. Rachel holds a BA Hons in Hispanic Studies from King's College London and an MSc in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
