Rhapsodi Pierre-Jacques, PCC, is a seasoned career transition and leadership development coach with a strong foundation in organizational psychology. Rhapsodi is the Founder and CEO of Introsense, a coaching practice dedicated to empowering high-achieving women of color, particularly those who are introverted and/or neurodiverse, to harness their talents through self-assessment and advocacy. In addition to leading Introsense, Rhapsodi serves as an Executive Coach with EZRA Coaching and Skye, guiding tech leaders and professionals through pivotal career transitions and organizational changes. Rhapsodi is also involved with The Academy for Advancing Excellence, providing professional development for Fortune 500 companies, and engages in various coaching roles with platforms such as Sayge, GoCoach, and GrowthSpace. Rhapsodi's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
