Rocco Fanello is an experienced professional coach, mentor, and trainer with a diverse background in business development and software engineering. Since January 2017, Rocco has been self-employed, providing coaching and consulting services, while also serving as a professional coach at EZRA Coaching since May 2022 and as an executive coach and trainer at TCPItaly since September 2017. Rocco's career spans over two decades in significant roles at Oracle Italia, including channel sales executive and business development manager, where responsibilities included managing partner relationships and conducting technology presentations. Rocco began the career as a software engineer at OLIVETTI S.P.A. and TXT e-solutions, applying technical expertise in various software development projects. Rocco holds a Laurea in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, along with executive training in startup programs and additional coaching certifications.
