Rowan Driscoll possesses a strong background in customer success and relationship management, with experience spanning various roles in the healthcare and SaaS sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at EZRA Coaching since January 2023, Rowan previously held positions such as Customer Success Specialist at Amelia Virtual Care and Client Relationship Manager at Top Doctors, where a focus on client onboarding and building relationships during the COVID-19 pandemic was paramount.
