Sean Paley

Sean Paley is the current Chief Technical Officer at Ezra Coaching. Prior to this, they served as SVP, Digital Innovation at Lee Hecht Harrison from May 2016 to February 2019. Sean has also held the position of President at Ignite by Adecco from March 2013 to May 2016, where they were responsible for catalyzing innovation for Adecco Group. Sean Paley has also served as Chief Technology Officer at Beeline.com, Inc. from April 2003 to April 2013, and as Chief Software Architect at Encore Development from January 1996 to December 2001. Sean's first job was as a Programmer Analyst at Community Health Plan from January 1995 to December 1996.

Sean Paley graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering.

They work with Laura Wickware - Customer Success Manager, Dawn Dube - PA & Office Manager, and Chris Harrington - US Commercial Lead. Their manager is Jack Prevezer, CEO.
