Cristiane Calegari

Cristiane Calegari serves as the Gerente Jurídico at EZTEC since 2019, overseeing a team of lawyers focused on consultative and preventive legal matters in the real estate, corporate, and business sectors, as well as fiduciary alienation and civil, tax, and environmental litigation. Previously, Cristiane held the same title at Cipasa Urbanismo from 2015 to 2018, managing legal demands across 20 Brazilian states and handling documentation for real estate developments. From 2013 to 2014, Cristiane was the Gerente Jurídico at Vitacon Participações S/A, addressing all stages of real estate development, and earlier, served as Coordenadora Jurídica at JHSF (2012-2013) and Advogada Sênior at Trisul S/A (2010-2012), where responsibilities included contract analysis and documentation management. Earlier experience includes managing a legal team at Brasil Brockers S/A (2008-2009) and providing legal assistance at Tabelionato de Notas de Ermelino Matarazzo (1994-2008).
