Tony Gu has been working in customer success roles since 2017. Tony began their career in 2007 as a Swim Coach/Swim Instructor for the Sydney Olympic Park Authority. In 2013, they took on a Paralegal/Solicitor role for David Kam & Co Solicitors and a 2IC Sales Team Leader/Senior Consultant role for SEEK Learning. From 2017 to 2021, Tony worked for Prospa, taking on roles as a Team Leader (Retention)/Senior Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Tony currently works as a Customer Success Lead for ezyCollect.
Tony Gu attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (Post-graduate Master of Laws). Prior to that, they attended UNSW from 2007 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Finance and Business Law. In August 2013, they obtained a Solicitor certification from the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
