Dinithi Ratnayake

Dinithi Ratnayake currently serves as the Customer Support Team Lead at ezyVet since June 2023. Prior to this role, Dinithi held various positions, including Candidate Success and Engagement Manager at MISSION READY from August 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing student retention and engagement, establishing team strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Additionally, Dinithi has experience as a Team Leader in Candidate Recruitment and Engagement, an Academic Advisor at Crimson Education, a Business Development Associate at EIMS, and a Business Development Specialist at Magento. Dinithi began a career in customer service as an Insurance Consultant at AMP and served as a Management Tutor at The Career Academy while also gaining teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Otago. An internship with the United Nations ESCAP in 2011 provided valuable exposure to a multinational organization. Dinithi holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Otago and multiple undergraduate degrees in International Business and Marketing from The University of Auckland.
