Reese Driscoll has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2013 at Weber State University, they served as the Student Chapter SHRM President. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2015, Reese joined the United States Department of the Air Force and held various positions, including Program Manager and Logistics Management Specialist. In 2020, they transitioned to the F-35 Joint Program Office, where they held roles such as G&C Chief F-35 Sustainment Architect and Strategic Planning Lead for PSM/Governance & Compliance Directorate. Most recently, Reese holds the position of Deputy Director for PSM/Governance & Compliance Directorate at the F-35 Joint Program Office.

Reese Driscoll's education history starts in 2010 when they attended Weber State University and obtained an Associate of Science degree in General Studies, which was completed in 2012. They continued their education at the same university and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management, which was completed in 2015. Then, in 2018, they obtained their Level II certification in LCL from the same institution. In 2019, Reese earned a Graduate Certificate in Aerospace Management from Weber State University. They also became a certified Six Sigma Green Belt through ASQ - World Headquarters in 2019. Lastly, in 2020, Reese achieved their Level I certification in Program Management from the Defense Acquisition University, followed by their Level III certification in Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) in 2022.
