Beth Boynton, RN, MS, CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare communication and organizational development. As the founder of Boynton Improv Education since September 2018, Beth focuses on building essential soft skills, including emotional intelligence and effective communication, crucial for enhancing patient safety and workforce health. Additionally, Beth serves as an author for F.A. Davis Company and operates as a sole proprietor, providing consulting services that encompass medical improv training, communication workshops, and organizational assessments. Beth holds a Master of Science in Organization and Management from Antioch University New England, achieved between 2001 and 2003.
