Judson West

Knowledge, time, control, adaptability, accountability, and replication describe process driven leadership. While each of these aspects are native to Judson West’s character, he is described as a people-driven individual focused on team-centered results.

Having built a tenured career in complex environments with stringent regulatory requirements, Judson currently serves as operations manager, leading industrial and processes manufacturing markets. Well established and strictly followed protocols are critical to these industries, and Judson’s, deep comprehensive understanding of these segments brings expert guidance and leadership to clients and teams through preconstruction and construction, as well as process startup activities.

Growing up in a construction family enabled Judson to hone his craft from an early start, giving him a well-rounded perspective of the entire process. In addition to working for the family business, he graduated from Purdue University with a degree in accounting, and currently works to incorporate technology into all aspects of business.
