John Webster has several years of work experience in various roles and companies. John began their career at Zwicker & Associates, P.C. as a Collections Specialist, successfully managing high-balance defaulted student loans and achieving the highest default resolution rate among their colleagues. John then worked at Hometown Forecast Services as a Forecaster/Broadcaster, providing weather segments for radio stations and creating operational forecasts for clients. Later, John joined F. H. Cann & Associates, Inc. as the Manager of Operations, where they oversaw defaulted student loan portfolios and managed a team of 20 employees. John eventually transitioned to the role of Manager of Data Analytics, analyzing data and trends, streamlining workflows, and overseeing inventory maintenance. In May 2022, John was promoted to the Head of Proposal Management, Development, and Corporate Communications, responsible for strategy development, proposal creation, and project scheduling. Throughout their career, they have received multiple professional awards and has consistently achieved outstanding results in their roles.
John Webster obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completing their studies from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued coursework towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology at Penn State University during the period from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, John also holds certifications in Bursars and Collection Professional obtained from Professional Development Group II, Inc. in May 2018.
