Kelley Fiske has extensive experience in management and customer service roles, currently serving as Collection Manager and previously as Collections Supervisor at F. H. Cann & Associates, Inc. since August 2014. Prior experience includes a position as Department Manager for Kidswear and Kids Shoes & Accessories at Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack from September 2008 to May 2012, where Kelley achieved departmental goals and enhanced customer service. Kelley's career also includes over 19 years as the owner of Miss Kelley's Family Daycare, managing all aspects of the business and focusing on child development and education. Additionally, Kelley held an Office Assistant role at Congress Construction early in the career, with responsibilities in correspondence and financial processing. Kelley holds an Associate of Science degree in Administrative Assistant from North Shore Community College.
