Lars Gjødsbøl

Lars Gjødsbøl is the current CEO at F Junckers Industrier AS. Lars has also held the position of Executive Vice President at Nilfisk, heading Global Products & Services. There, they were responsible for designing and driving complete Global R&D and Product Management transformation, as well as for driving customer orientation and developing first autonomous cleaning solutions. Lars also established digital services.

Gjødsbøl has been with Nilfisk since 2005, starting as Group Vice President and eventually becoming Executive Vice President and COO. In this role, they were responsible for establishing Global Operations, including Global R&D, Global Procurement, Global Production, Global Supply Chain and Global Quality. Lars also drove structural and operational optimization, customer centricity, and cross-functional alignment.

Prior to their work at Nilfisk, Gjødsbøl was with Junckers Industrier A/S.
