William Oxford

William Oxford is a Project Manager at F.S. Scarbrough, LLC since May 2013. Prior to this role, William worked as a Police Officer at the City of Union City Government from July 2006 to July 2013. William obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from GMC - Georgia Military College in 2010.
