Martyn Rhoades

Martyn Rhoades is an experienced professional in in vivo operations with over 25 years in the pharmaceutical and research industry. Currently, Martyn holds the position of Manager in vivo Operations at invoX Pharma since February 2024, and has been with F-star Therapeutics, Inc. since March 2017, where responsibilities have included managing project teams to deliver robust data under strict timelines. Previously, Martyn served as Unit Manager-BSU and Unit Manager-SAU at The Babraham Institute, overseeing facility design and service transfer, and has held various roles from Technician to Supervisor at the University of Cambridge and local kennels, building a strong foundation in lab techniques and animal care.
