Mason Schmidt

Mason Schmidt is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education and event operations. Currently serving as an Event Operations Coordinator for the F1 Miami Grand Prix since October 2024, Mason previously gained valuable experience as a Science Teacher at Westfield Washington Schools, where responsibilities included curriculum alignment to Indiana State Standards. Additional experience includes roles at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where Mason excelled in event coordination for major races, and Camp Tecumseh YMCA, focusing on aquatics safety and staff training. Mason's leadership in Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity earned recognition as National Recorder of the Year 2019-2020. An education background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Science Education from Miami University, complemented by practical teaching experience.
