James VanderWier

James VanderWier has over 25 years of work experience. From 1993 to 1997, they served in the US Army as a 39B Army Automatic Test Equipment Operator/Maintainer. In 1997, they founded F1 Solutions, Inc. and served as the company's CEO. During this time, they were the primary decision maker on long range planning and company direction, head of research and development, and set policies and standard operating procedures. In 2022, they became the Transformation Officer / F1 Solutions CEO at Meriplex.
