Luke Winskowski, CFP® MBA currently serves as President of 49 Financial and holds the position of Executive In Residence at F2 Strategy since November 2022, where boutique consulting services are provided to enhance business and technology alignment in the wealth management sector. Previously, Winskowski was Senior Vice President of Advice & Wealth Management at Thrivent from January 2018 to January 2023, leading the transformation of a legacy distribution business and recognized as RIAs Innovator of the Year in 2021 for developing a corporate hybrid RIA platform. Winskowski's extensive experience at Thrivent Financial includes roles as Partner and Senior Business Consultant, with a focus on market growth, recruitment, and financial advisory services. Earlier in the career, Winskowski worked as a Financial Analyst at Accenture and a Financial Associate at Thrivent Financial. Winskowski holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in Financial Economics and Psychology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
