Brian Starnes, CTB has an extensive work experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Brian is currently serving as the President of GuideOn Group since 2022 and F2F Transport since 2020. Previously, they held the position of Executive Vice President at Atomic Transport, LLC from 2018 to 2019 and served as the Vice President of OTR at Tranco Logistics from 2016 to 2018. Brian was also the Vice President of Brokerage at Tranco National in 2017. Prior to that, they held various roles including Director of Operations, Safety, & Sales at Lesco Logistics from 2014 to 2016, Sales Representative at A.M. Transport Services, Inc. from 2013 to 2014, and National Dispatch & Invoicing Supervisor at Mr. Bult's, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Brian started their career as an Account Manager and Fleet Manager at U.S. Xpress, Inc. from 2008 to 2011 and began their professional journey at Penske Truck Leasing as a Management Trainee from 2006 to 2008.
Brian Starnes, CTB, has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their high school education at Norcross High School. Following that, from 2002 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and Administration at The Citadel. In 2014, Brian obtained the Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) certification from the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA). Finally, in 2021, they attended Harvard Business School Online for a course in Financial Accounting.

O/O run our numbers, use our cargo & liability insurance, get paid by us weekly, and have all their paperwork (including IFTA) processed by us. You do not have to wait 30-45 days for the customer to pay. You do not have to worry about if you are too new for a customer to work with you. Perhaps most importantly, you do not have to be in business all by yourself. Outside of equipment or plate rentals, all our services are included in our 20%. You won’t find hidden fees here. We have no weekly minimums for miles, revenue, or anything else. Take back control of your truck. After all, if it is your truck then it is your business. For those who are interested in self dispatch but feel they are not quite ready, we have the added luxury of direct freight and an internal load board. Through our dispatched operation we secure freight contracts at competitive rates. This means you can learn how to run off a load board, dispatch yourself, and set your own schedule without needing to negotiate rates or deal with brokers on a daily basis. As your confidence with the model grows you may find yourself using our board less as you take hold of the freedom that true self dispatch offers. F2F is excited to introduce its new dispatch operation. Adding this program enables a new type of O/O to join our team. With direct freight accounts largely based in the Southeast, we are now able to partner with O/O that enjoy the ease and consistency of a dispatch operation. Miles are consistent, rates are high, dispatch is personable. This expansion of F2F means that no matter what direction you are looking to go, we have a program for you and options for the future as your needs and ambitions change.
