John Horton

John Horton, CFRE, is an experienced development professional and coach currently serving as the Founder and Head Coach at Blaze Goalkeeping since January 2024. Previously, John held significant roles including Development Officer at Atrium Health Foundation, where notable achievements included contributing to an $85 million capital campaign and securing over $6 million in grant funding. As Director of Development at Youth Villages, John increased annual philanthropic revenues by 1,050% and successfully managed fundraising across multiple locations. Currently, as the Executive Director of F3, John oversees a global network dedicated to promoting male community leadership through free workout groups. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Music from Queens University of Charlotte.
