Jessica Krynauw

Jessica Krynauw has an extensive work history in various roles and industries. Jessica began their career as an Assistant Brand Manager at International Fashion Group in June 2012 and worked there until March 2014.

In June 2014, they joined Gymbox as a Sales and Membership Manager. Their responsibilities included achieving sales and membership targets, providing customer service, and managing corporate clients. Jessica remained with Gymbox until April 2016.

From June 2016 to January 2017, Jessica worked as a Promotion and Events Coordinator at New Evolution Ventures Australia.

In January 2017, Jessica started their journey with F45 Training as a Global Franchisee Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the setup and operations of F45 USA franchises. Their responsibilities included supervising studio designs, maintaining relationships with franchise owners, and ensuring equipment installation aligned with company standards. Jessica held this position until November 2019.

Following their role as Global Franchisee Manager, Jessica took on the role of Global Director of Performance at F45 Training from November 2019 to July 2022.

Next, they became the Director of Operations at F45 Training from July 2022 to July 2023.

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Global Franchise Operations at F45 Training, starting in July 2023.

Jessica Krynauw completed their High School Certificate (HSC) at Barker College from 2006 to 2008. Jessica then pursued a Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design at Whitehouse Institute of Design from 2009 to 2011.
