Frida Almgren is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic and tactical communication across various industries. As Co-Founder of Comms Workout since March 2019, Frida focuses on enhancing leaders' communication skills. In the role of Network Director and Facilitator at F5 Networking—Sweden, Frida leads a group of executives in sharing insights and addressing challenges. Frida's consultancy, Frida Almgren Communication AB, supports organizations ranging from startups to international brands in building brand awareness. Previous positions include Interim Communications Director for The Walt Disney Company in the Nordics and Director Communications at Mastercard for the Nordics and Baltics. Frida holds degrees in media and communication and business economics from various institutions, along with notable lecturing experience.
