Ashraf El-Mashad

Ashraf El-Mashad is an experienced director currently serving as the Head of Consulting for EMEA at F5 since June 2024. Previously, Ashraf was the Vice President and Global Head of Professional Services at Eigen Technologies from November 2017 to May 2024, where responsibilities included strategic leadership for the largest business unit, overseeing a team of over 50 practitioners to deliver complex AI implementations, and driving organizational transformation during a rapid scale-up phase. Ashraf's career also includes a tenure at Monitor Deloitte as a Senior Manager, focusing on consumer businesses, as well as roles at Monitor Group and Arup, contributing to telecommunications engineering projects and strategic consulting. Ashraf holds multiple degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
