Jennifer Ream

Jennifer Ream is an experienced professional in sales enablement and instructional design with a strong background in partner readiness and training. Currently serving as the Senior Sales Enablement Manager for Global Channels at F5 since April 2019, Jennifer focuses on developing partner readiness strategies, designing enablement tools, and driving productivity through channel partners. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Global Channel Enablement Senior Manager at Gemalto, where responsibilities included enhancing partner sales training initiatives and leveraging data for continuous improvement. Jennifer's earlier roles include Manager of Learning Design at Visa, Lead Instructional Designer at Sullair, and various teaching positions, showcasing a diverse skill set in curriculum design, training facilitation, and education. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Purdue University.
