Kelly Glade

Kelly Glade serves as the Vice President of Customer Success for SaaS at F5, with previous roles including Senior Director and Chief of Staff for the CEO. With an extensive background in customer experience transformation at Accenture from 2013 to 2018, Kelly led initiatives focused on improving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, while also advising on global sales expansion and operational improvements. Earlier experience at Accenture included management consulting and roles in strategy assessment and project leadership. Kelly's career commenced at Accenture as an Analyst and included a role as a Group Fitness Instructor at the University of Washington. Kelly holds an MBA with a concentration in Information & Knowledge Management from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BBA in Finance, Information Systems, and International Business from UW Foster School of Business.
