Ksenya Ruban

Ksenya Ruban has extensive experience in sales operations and enablement. Ksenya is currently working as the Regional Vice President of Business Operations for Global Services at F5 Networks since February 2020. Before that, they held the role of Vice President of Sales Ops & Strategy, Enablement, Field Marketing, Sales Dev & Commercial Sales at Shape Security (acquired by F5 Networks) starting in June 2017. Ksenya also has experience as the Vice President of Sales Operations and Enablement at ON24 from April 2016 to June 2017, and as the Senior Director of Sales Operations & Enablement at Plex Systems, Inc. from July 2014 to September 2015. Prior to these roles, they held various sales operations positions at Imperva, Inc., SS8 Networks, Brocade, and Intel. Ksenya Ruban's expertise lies in building highly effective teams, delivering on revenue goals, and implementing operational strategies and processes for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales comp.

Ksenya Ruban earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Jose State University from 1996 to 2000.
