Nelson Jean

Nelson Jean is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software development, data enablement, and business intelligence. Currently serving as Principal Solution Owner at F5 since July 2016, Nelson leads cross-functional teams in delivering key software features and enhancements, manages epic and feature road mapping, and facilitates Agile Scrum ceremonies. Previously, as Program Manager for Data Enablement, Nelson implemented a mission-driven strategy that increased data platform usage by 3% month-over-month through effective training programs. Prior roles include Senior Business Intelligence Developer at Egencia, where Nelson enhanced reporting efficiency by creating a finance data mart and developing interactive Tableau dashboards, and experience at AT&T, Barbara Carper, CPA, P.S., and Arrow Electronics in various technical and analytical capacities.
