EU Project Manager at F6S

Catarina Reis has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Catarina began their career at Universidade de Aveiro as a researcher in the Biology Department from September 2011 to March 2012. Catarina then worked at Red Bull as a Consumer Collector from March 2009 to July 2013. In 2013, they joined GO-S.TV as a Presenter for a television program focused on sports and music, which aired on the Portuguese international channel SIC RADICAL, until October 2015.

From 2014 to 2020, Catarina worked at Madan Parque as a Project Manager and Business Developer. Catarina'sresponsibilities included project management in the areas of Regional Development, Strategic Alliances, Qualified Entrepreneurship, and Cluster Collaboration. Catarina also wrote project applications for EU-funded programs.

Since 2020, they have been employed as the EU Project Manager at F6S, where they are involved in EU Project implementation, Open Call management, and dissemination and communication activities. Catarina also seeks partnership opportunities for F6S projects.

Additionally, Catarina participated in a workshop called the EUROMED Invest Academy in 2014. The workshop focused on promoting and peer-to-peer experience sharing for female entrepreneurs, particularly in the areas of business support services and FDI promotion. The workshop was held in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Catarina Reis obtained a Master's Degree in Energy and Bioenergy from NOVA School of Science and Technology, starting in 2010 and completing it in 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Licenciatura em Ciências da Natureza (Bachelor's Degree) in Biology/Biological Sciences and Geology from the same institution, starting in 2003 and completing it in 2008. Catarina also holds certifications in EDUCON from the IEEE Global Engineering Education Conference in 2017 and Train2Game from the Erasmus+ Mobility of Youth Workers in 2015.
