Joy Feng

Joy Feng is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in project management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as an RPO Project Manager at FA Talent, a FESCO Adecco Company, since April 2021, Joy leads recruitment efforts for the Henkel adhesive business, focusing on roles in product development, technical customer service, sales, and marketing. Prior experience includes working as a TA Partner at Air Products from June 2017 to April 2021, where recruitment for Asia GEMTE was managed, and as a Resource Specialist at AMS from May 2013 to June 2017, contributing to Medtronic MITG and managing the NIKE project as a team leader. Joy's career began at Experis as an AC, primarily handling high-level recruitment in supporting functions. Joy holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Shanghai Finance University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
