Jessica Gebel

Jessica Gebel is an accomplished entrepreneur and wellness advocate with a diverse background in culinary arts, yoga instruction, and hospitality. As the Founder and Business Owner of Fabalish since February 2018, Jessica has cultivated a passion for health and wellness. Previous experiences include serving as a Chef's Assistant at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, a Private Chef at The Naked Bite, and Yoga Instructor roles at several establishments, including the Centre & Spa d'Ayurveda Holistique of Montreal and Luna Yoga. Educational credentials include a Culinary Degree from the Natural Gourmet Institute and certification as an Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner from the Institute of Ayurveda and Wellbeing of Montreal, complemented by a BA in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
