Sandra Oliveira

Sandra Oliveira is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a People Business Partner in the Tech Department at FABAMAQ since March 2019. Sandra's expertise includes talent development strategies, employee engagement analysis, performance management support, and designing training solutions. In addition, Sandra has held roles such as Recruitment Business Partner and People Partner at FABAMAQ, and Event Manager at P4P - People 4 People. Previously, as an Administrative Coordinator Manager at Bruno Oliveira Import/Export, Sandra led administrative teams and managed finance operations. Sandra is also the founder of BURGUESA, a swimwear brand, showcasing entrepreneurial skills developed after completing a sewing course.
